Copyright notices

If you believe content on Descall infringes your copyright, send the notice below to contact@descall.com. You can also report a message or a user from the in-app message menu.

What a notice must include

Include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or enough detail to find the material on Descall, (3) your name and contact email, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, (5) a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices and remove or disable access to material we find infringing.

Counter-notice

The person who posted the material may send a counter-notice to the same address with their contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement that they have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and their consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where they live.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be terminated.
